1. Siapakah yang mendapat pujian melambong tinggi kerana berani jolok sarang tebuan dan berani menentang rejim yahudi, tapi tidak dikutuk kerana menyebabkan orang awam Palestin disengat beribu tebuan, diserang dengan beribu tan bomb berbisa dari yahudi hingga ramai hilang nyawa dan hilang tempat berteduh yang dibina hasil derma berjuta dolar dari negara jiran.?

2. Siapakah pulak yang mudah melatar hingga mulut celupar dengan bekalan semangat berkobar-kobar hasil hasutan batu api dari dalam negeri dan juga dari luar, hingga ramai pemuda dari seluroh dunia terpengaruh sanggup terjun botol dalam berbagai medan fitnah atas nama jihad.?

Shaykh Alee Hasan Al-Halabee said,

However, I would like to say a nurturing word of guidance. My brother Muslims are in Gaza now living in some of the most difficult and harsh conditions – bombardment, killing, slaughtering and bombing and destruction without any differentiation between civilians and military; the religious and irreligious; the Muslims and non-Musliims.

The killing at the hands of the Yahood is indiscriminate – even if they claim they are killing as a mercy. They are lying. They are the ones who killed the prophets, so does anyone after them stand a chance? They want to cause a trauma to the Muslims in Gaza.

For the moment, we do not want to get into the labyrinth of what the cause of this is, who is behind it and what the case would be if one side or the other remained quiet. This is the time for prayer and supplication. This should be a time of giving benefit and benefitting and endeavour on our part.

It is upon you, and upon Hamas and upon the Muslim Brotherhood and other than them to know that which should be done and that which should not be done; when they should act; when they should keep quiet and when they should speak.

We could do something based upon opinion that could have a positive impact, but this may result in negative ramifications of a great many more times. And this goes against the Sharee’ah and its intent.

This situation calls for three things:
1.That we pray for our oppressed brothers that Allaah gives them safety from that which they face, and success.
2.That we pray against those criminals, the brothers of apes and pigs, who do not regard any sanctity for the believer.
3. That we pray for the movements of Hamas and the Brotherhood, and other than them, that Allaah guides them to the Sunnah, upon the correct ‘aqeedahand the methodology of truth – calling to the Book of Allaah and Sunnah of the messenger sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam – far displaced from this association [they have] – regardless whether it is political, creed-based or strategic.

PERTANYAAN :
Barakallah fiik, kami mohon kepada syaikh untuk menjelaskan dan memberi nasihat secara khusus bagi pencari ilmu dan untuk kaum muslimin secara umumnya mengenai apa yang terjadi di Mesir sekarang.
Dan Apakah pemerintahan yang baru ini adalah pemerintah yang sah menurut syariat?

JAWAPAN :
Aku bermohon kepada Allah Ta'ala dengan Nama-namaNya yang baik dan sifat-sifatNya yang mulia untuk membela darah kaum muslimin dan mengangkat bencana.
Dan perkara yang pasti menurut orang yang berilmu dan punya pemahaman yang lurus berusaha sekuat tenaga untuk membela darah kaum muslimin dan menafikan keburukan yang besar ini.
Dan dengan yakin saya katakan bahawa wajib atas penduduk Mesir berusaha membela darah dan menahan diri dari perbuatan yang menyebabkan terbunuhnya jiwa dan hilangnya nyawa dari muslimin.
Kerana darah adalah perkara yang besar.
Dan seseorang tetap dianggap sebagai seorang mukmin yang baik selama [mana] tidak menumpahkan darah yang diharamkan. Jika dia telah menumpahkan darah maka hilanglah keimanannya. 

Dan perkara yang diyakini Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah bahawa pemerintah yang menguasai dengan cara kudeta [rampasan kuasa] dengan pedang [senjata], serta mampu menguasai pemerintahan dan terlaksana perkara ini [rampasan kuasa berjaya], maka ianya adalah pemerintah yang sah menurut syariat. 

Oleh kerana itu kami katakan wahai saudaraku, sesungguhnya Ahlussunanh wal Jama’ah yang mengatakan sungguh sesuatu ini haram kerana akan menimbulkan beberapa akibat.
