15 Reasons You Should Be Drinking Lemon Water Every Morning

15 Reasons You Should Be Drinking Lemon Water Every Morning

If you are looking for an easy trick to improve your life and overall health, than look no further. Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning is a pretty simple routine to get into and will have tremendous effects on your overall health.

Since I started this simple and surprisingly healthy habit a few years ago, I definitely noticed the difference. Not only does the refreshing taste wake me up in the morning, it helps to kick start digestion and finalizes my body’s natural detoxification processes… And lemons are packed with vitamin C, B, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, enzymes, antioxidants, and fibers.

According to the Ayurvedic philosophy, choices you make regarding your daily routine either build up resistance to diseases or tear it down.

So what are you waiting for to jump start your day with this incredible easy morning routine. Its benefits are endless and I listed the 15 most important ones for you in this article.

1.    Improves Digestion

Lemon juice has a similar structure to your stomach’s juices and helps to loosen and flush out toxins from the digestive tract. Lemon juice can help ease indigestion, heartburn, and bloating. It also helps to move your bowels in the morning, hydrates your colon, stimulate bile production, and infuses water in your stool.

2.    Boost Immune System.

Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C, which helps strengthen the immunes system and fights cold and flu. But not only vitamin C is important for a good working immune system, iron is another important nutrient, and lemons improve the ability to absorb more iron from the food you eat.

3.    Hydrates Your Body

It is important to stay hydrated. Especially during the summer months. Plain water is best, but many people find this boring and are not drinking enough of it. That’s where lemon comes into play to make things more interesting. So feel free to not only start your day with lemon water, but drink as many glasses as you wish during the day to stay hydrated.

4.    Boost Energy

Lemon water gives you an instant boost of energy and improves your mood right at the start of your day.

5.    Promote Healthy And Rejuvenated Skin

Lemons are a rich sources of antioxidants that prevent free radical damage. These free radicals are responsible for pre-mature aging of your skin. Vitamin C helps to maintain your skin’s elasticity to prevent the formation of wrinkles and decrease blemishes.

6.    Reduce Inflammation

Lemons have the ability to remove uric acid from your joints. Uric acid built-ups are one of the major causes of inflammation.

7.    Weight Loss Aid

Although lemon water on its own is no weight loss miracle, it can definitely help you to achieve faster and long term results. Lemons assist in fighting hunger cravings, boost metabolism, and give you a stuffed feeling, making it less likely to snack in between meals.

8.    Alkalize Your Body

Although lemons have a sour taste, they are one of the most alkalizing food sources on Earth. Too much acids can cause inflammation, obesity, and major diseases like cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer’s. Click here to learn more about the importance of alkalizing your body.

9.    Cleansing Properties

Lemons help your entire body to flush out more toxins to prevent built-ups and damage to your cells, tissues, and organs. It stimulates your liver to produce more enzymes and work more efficiently. Lemon juice works as a diuretic to keep your urinary tract toxin-free and can also change the pH levels which discourage bacterial growth. This is very helpful for people who often suffer from UTI (urinary tract infection). And like mentioned before, lemons loosen and flush out waste from your digestive tract and cleanse your colon.

10.Antibacterial and Antiviral Properties

Lemons have antibacterial and antiviral properties. They help fight the flu, cold, and soothe a sore throat. Although people who drink their daily lemon water every day are less likely to get these in the first place.

11.Reduce Mucus And Phlegm

Lemon water helps to reduce mucus and phlegm formation. People who drink cow’s milk are often more sensitive for mucus production. So starting your day with lemon water can definitely help to lessen mucus if you’re not ready to go dairy-free.

12.Freshen Breath

Lemons freshen your breath and fight mouth bacteria. Although lemons are great for your overall oral health, avoid drinking or using it undiluted. The citric acid can erode tooth enamel, so don’t brush your teeth with it, but have a glass of lemon water instead.

13.Boost Brain Power

The high levels of potassium and magnesium show beneficial effects on our brain and nerve health. Lemon water can give you the boost you need to fight depression and stress. It creates mental clarity and more focus, making it a great drink for students or people with busy and stressful jobs.

Lemon’s antioxidants not only protect your skin from ageing, but also reduce the risk of several types of cancer. They are great in neutralizing acids as well. Cancer loves to grow in an acidic environment. Alkalizing your body may stop cancer cells to grow and may reduce the risk of getting cancer in the first place.

15.Get Of Caffeine

Many people are able to get off caffeine by replacing their morning coffee by lukewarm lemon water. It gives a similar energy boost to wake your body and boost energy as one cup of coffee would.

How To Make Lemon Water

Making lemon water is super simple. It takes less than 5 minutes of your precious morning time. Just squeeze half a lemon in lukewarm water. If you weigh more than 150 pounds, use a whole lemon.

Why use lukewarm (or room temperature) instead of cold or hot water to make this healing morning drink? Well, hot or cold water takes more energy to process, so your first glass in the morning should be lukewarm or at room temperature to slowly wake your body and kick start digestion.

If you love the taste feel free to add more lemon water to your diet during the rest of the day, cold or hot. It adds up to your daily water need, is less boring than plain water, and adds tons of benefits for body and mind.

10 Processed Foods that Will Slowly Kill You

10 Processed Foods that Will Slowly Kill You

Most people nowadays have heard about the dangers of processed and “fast” foods, including the risks for obesity, heart disease and diabetes. However, even among the world of processed foods, there are some dishes that are so high in fat and calories that they should be specifically avoided. Below are ten examples of these incredibly unhealthy foods.

In this category, the Guacamole Bacon Burger wins out, with a total of 1,819 calories and 91g of saturated and trans fat. It also includes a whopping 3,451 mg of sodium. Because of their nutritional content, foods like this have a great potential to clog arteries, raise blood pressure and increase risk for cardiac damage.

The Grill Classic Pizza, with 2,311 calories, 166g of fat and 4,921 mg of sodium won this category easily. The problem is the thick, deep dish crust which add extra carbohydrates and allows for enormous amounts of fatty cheeses and oily toppings that give more than a whole day’s worth of saturated fat.

Foreign Dishes
The calorie and sodium-packed dish of Beef with Rice and Tortillas, Beans and Condiments is one of the worst foreign dishes to consume, coming in at 2,230 calories, 91mg of fat and an over-the-top 6,391mg of sodium. That last number is the equivalent of 195 saltine crackers!

The Large Tuna Melt, with 1,716 calories, 134mg of fat and 2,121mg of sodium took first place in the sandwich category. While tuna is normally a healthy food, the massive amounts of mayonnaise mixed in with it ruins its nutritional value.

Frozen Meals
The undisputed winner in this competitive category was the White Meat Chicken Pot Pie, with 1,161 calories, 65mg of fat and 1,178mg of sodium. While pot pies are not generally healthy to begin with, this one is made far worse by its large size.

Breakfast Foods
Arby’s Sausage Gravy Biscuit, with 1,041 calories, 61g of fat and 4,700mg of sodium, is probably one of the worst ways to start the day. It is particularly bad because this massive amount of sodium comes with no corresponding potassium to offset it.

Kid’s Lunch
The Turkey and Cheddar Cracker, with 681 calories, 20 g of fat and 1,441 mg of sodium easily took this category. It is made worse by the fact that this meal combo also includes dessert and a highly sugared drink.

It would be hard to compete with Caramel Banana Pecan Hotcakes, coming in at 1,542 calories, 78mg of fat and 2,260 mg of sodium. While hotcakes in general are not healthy, these are made worse by containing the sugar equivalent of 8 Twinkies.

Canned Fruits
Peaches themselves, being fruit, should be a healthy dish. However, when the food industry packs and cans them in a sugar-heavy, high-calorie syrup, this nutritional value is greatly diminished and the final product is full of empty and unnecessary calories.

The winner for this category was the Chocolate Oreo Shake, with 2,600 calories, 135mg of fat and 1,700mg of sodium. To make those appalling numbers even worse, the shake is packed with a frightening 263g of sugar. There is nothing even remotely healthy about this beverage.

The fact is that better versions of many of the dishes mentioned above can be made at home with healthy ingredients. This can lower the costs of food bills and also ensure that people are eating healthy without have to eliminate good-tasting food.

How to create a fully off-grid indoor food production system

food production

How to create a fully off-grid indoor food production system

(NaturalNews) Times are changing, dramatically. The age-old certainty of the supermarkets being open 24 hours a day, everyday, is just one minor cataclysm away. With the current state of global instability, the threat of wars on our own shores, pandemic outbreaks and financial crisis seem ever more real. Only when there is no food to eat will people realize that they can't eat money...

This is not intended to scare anyone, but maybe it's time to consider some self-preparation?

For relatively little financial investment, one can create a fully off-grid indoor food production system, with two main components. One certainty for millennia now is that the sun will rise and set everyday, providing an indefinite power source. The other component is aquaponics. (Read more here to learn what aquaponics is:

A solar-powered aquaponic grow room can provide fish and veggies for as long as needed when the zombie apocalypse arrives. It does, however, take a little time to set up and refine, so if growing your own organic fish and food sounds appealing, there's no better time than right now to get started.

First, you'll need the space to set up the room. A well-lit room with windows is a good start; however, if you can get a hold of some sunlight grow lights, a garage would work perfectly. You will need a large aquarium to hold the fish (talapia, trout, catfish, prawns, snails etc.) and grow trays or vertical towers to grow the veggies in. A bio filter to break down the fish waste is a must-have, and a few pipes and pumps will circulate the water into the grow beds.
The beauty of this system is that the longer it runs, the better it performs. Once the beneficial bacteria numbers reach a certain point, they break down the fish waste into most of the nutrients that the plants need to grow and flourish, thus eliminating the need to add expensive nutrients to the system

. Since the water is also always circulating through the plant roots, it is cleaned and recycled, creating a closed water system with very little top-off needed.

Within a few months, veggies can be harvested, and within 9-12 months, you can start to eat the fish in the system. At this point, they should also be reproducing, so you should have a renewable source of fish, and if you let some of the plants go to seed, you should have plenty of seeds for the next harvest.

As long as you keep an eye on the solar power system and ensure that the pipes and pumps are clear and working correctly, this system should run for years!

It really doesn't take a lot of scientific know-how to set something like this up; it really just takes the desire to be self-sufficient!

Prophetic Traditions on Hatin' and Trollin'

Prophetic Traditions on Hatin' and Trollin'

"A true Muslim is a person who others are safe from his speech and hands."

"A Muslim does not hate another Muslim."

"Avoid hatin' because it devours good deeds like fire devours wood."

"It is enough of an evil to hate another Muslim in your heart."

I heard one of my teachers say,
"When someone reads the last verse of the 113th chapter of the Qur'an, he is not only seeking refuge in Allah from haters, but asking to protect others from his hating as well; and to protect him from his own hatin' because it will inflict considerable damage on his Hereafter. "
On Trollin'

"Whoever follows the mistakes of others (seeking to shame or discredit them), will have his mistakes exposed in the Hereafter."

"A person does not look arrogantly at the sins of others, except he will commit the same sin."
"Whoever is so occupied with his mistakes that he does not busy himself with other's mistakes, will be successful." A good hadith

Christ said, as related by Mālik in the Muwatta,
"Do not feel proud at the mistakes of others. Stay humble and thank Allah for protecting you."

May Allah protect us from being blinded by our own sense of piety or own sense of self worth.

Setiap Amal Soleh Terdapat Pintu-pintu Khusus Di Syurga .

Setiap Amal Soleh Terdapat Pintu-pintu Khusus Di Syurga .

5 Alkaline Foods to Eat Every Day

5 Alkaline Foods to Eat Every Day

One of the problems with the typical modern diet, based largely on processed sugars and sweeteners, conventionally raised meats, dairy and produce and refined grains, is that it tends to have an acidifying effect on the body. This can raise the risk of chronic inflammatory conditions like arthritis and also increase your risk of developing cancer. The body functions best at a slightly alkaline pH level of 7.4 and to help maintain this balance, it is good to consider including some of the following alkalizing foods in your diet.

Root Vegetables

Many root vegetables – including beets, turnips, carrots, all colors of radishes, horseradish and rutabaga – have an alkalizing effect upon the body. Apart from this, they are also mineral-rich and high in fiber, so they can support your general health. While many Americans in particular are not always very knowledgeable about how to prepare these veggies, there are many recipes available on the web and steaming, boiling, baking or sautéing in olive oil are all great ways to start!

Cruciferous Vegetables

It shouldn’t be surprising that these veggies – including broccoli, cauliflower, kale and cabbage among others – are on this list. They, too, help raise the body’s pH level and apart from this bring a whole array of other health benefits, including improved digestion and a strengthened immune system that can better fight off illness and disease. They are also excellent for cardiac health. So be sure to get a serving of crucifers every day if possible – and not just for the acid-base balance!

Leafy Greens

Leafy green vegetables, along with crucifers, are probably some of the healthiest foods you can eat on a daily basis. Things like spinach, Swiss chard, turnip or mustard greens or collards are all wonderful to help maintain a proper acid-base balance in the body and like the crucifers while raise your pH to optimal levels. They also bring in with them well of phytonutrients, fiber, minerals and vitamins, especially Vitamin C and Vitamin K.

Garlic is one of the best foods to eat for overall health, so it is no surprise that is should also be an alkalizing food as well. Eating this will also give you better cardiac health due to lowered blood pressure and cholesterol levels, an improved immune system, and a decreased chance of developing many chronic disease due to the power anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of this true superfood.

Okay, this many sound strange to a lot of people, but even though lemons have a low pH due to their citric acid content, they actually have an alkalizing effect within the body, especially if taken in water on a daily basis. It will also bring the benefits of an improved immune system, a detoxified liver and better digestion, since ingesting lemon juice stimulates the product of bile which helps the body more efficiently break down food.
So consider increasing your intact of these alkalizing foods in your diet. As you can see, a diet rich in these foods will not only help maintain a healthy acid-base balance but bring in a number of other health benefits at the same time.

Pictures of the Founder Wahabism (Muhammad Abdul Wahhab) are Fake, so as the Faisal Ibn Sau

We often see these pictures of Abdul Wahhab:

This one:

Picture 1Picture 1

Then this one.  Looks like a different person:

Picture 2Picture 2

Or we'll just do a google search:

First of all, Please Take note Abdul Wahhab born 1703, died 1792.

Then check the first CAMERA ever INVENTED... which is in 1840  .  1840? Really?
Do a quick research

Let's move on. Take a look at this picture, see the familiar faces in Picture 1 and Picture 2 (as above)?

Is that really Percy Cox on the right most?  Should he look more like British like this one below?

That's not all.  I'm revealing another fake person invented:  Faisal Ibn Saud.

They take the first name Faisal ibn Hussein and combine with the surname Ibn Saud, and voila!

Let's look at the fake Faisal Ibn Saud:

And oh they even have his video (screenshot) that says Faisal ibn Abdul Aziz ??:

But who is this guy actually?

Here he is:

And a google search on Faisal ibn Hussein:

Read up yourself on Faisal I bin Hussein bin Ali al-Hashimi. Careful he is from Bani Hashem.  He has no Saudi blood whatsoever.

The lies goes on and on and on.  Suddenly we can see pictures of Saud and Hussein family sitting together with British, when the actual fact is, Hussein and his sons Faisal and Abdullah were rivals with Saud.

Then there are cases they use true pictures, but the facts are totally wrong.  E.g. Pictures of peace treaty agreements after WW1, especially after Ottoman Empire collapsed (whatever, be it Ottoman Empire or Young Turks of Ottoman Empire) but the captions will put otherwise, juicy titles all over, full of lies.

The fact is we have no idea where and when those pictures were taken.  And definitely we need to do research if we really care to find out the truth.  If you seek the truth for the sake of Allah, Allah will show it to you.  In syaa Allah.

Don't be deceived by pictures and captions.  Make a quick research or if not, don't read at all.  Rather than you rattle lies, creating more sins for nothing.

Kembali Kepada Islam Menurut Jalan Para Sahabat

Kembali Kepada Islam Menurut Jalan Para Sahabat

ASWAJA: “Sungguh pelik akidah kamu wahai golongan Wahhabi. Kamu menetapkan Allah di atas langit kemudian kamu menafikan pula Allah memiliki tempat. Bukankah langit itu adalah tempat?”

Wahhabi: “Izinkan saya bertanya kepada anda.”

ASWAJA: “Silakan.”

WAhhabi: “Adakah kamu beriman bahawa Allah itu memiliki sifat mendengar?”

ASWAJA: “Ya, saya beriman.”

ASWAJA: “Baik, saya akui saya silap. Izinkan saya bertanya kepada anda pula. Boleh?”

Wahhabi: “Boleh, apa pertanyaan anda?”

ASWAJA: “Adakah anda meyakini Allah itu memiliki Tangan?”

Wahhabi: “Saya yakin sebab al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah sendiri menetapkannya.

Wahhabi: “Itu hanyalah sangkaan anda.

6 Reasons to Delay Baby's First Bath

6 Reasons to Delay Baby's First Bath

Delaying Your Baby's Bath Has Benefits

There are many reasons to consider not having your baby bathed in the first hours or even days after birth. Many hospitals seem to have an urgent need to have the baby bathed in the first hours after the newborn has been born, but as parents, you can make the decision on when to bathe your baby and who is the one to do it. There are several benefits to delaying baby's first bath and you may reconsider when you would like it to happen after learning about the advantages of waiting. (Much of the research on bathing newborns is related to the preterm or low birth weight baby.)

  1. Babies are born with a natural skin protectant In utero, babies are protected from their watery environment by a special substance called vernix, found on their skin. You may notice some vernix on your just born baby, it looks a bit like a white, waxy cream cheese, and some babies seem to have a lot and others not so much. Babies tend to lose the vernix the longer the mother is pregnant, so those babies born at 42 weeks might not have a lot of it visible anymore, though usually there is still some hidden in the folds of their skin and under their arms. Babies born earlier often have a larger amount. Newer research indicates that vernix has immune properties and leaving it on your baby's skin provides a layer of protection while your new baby's immune system is getting stronger. I think this is a great benefit especially for babies who are born in the hospital, with lots of potential for exposure to hospital-acquired infections. Vernix also is the best moisturizer ever and helps to keep your baby's skin soft and supple. It's important to note that the research is on the properties of the vernix but as of now there is no clinical data to prove this connection.
Amniotic fluid, which bathed the baby before birth has the ability to provide some extra resistance to infection as well, so the longer it remains on the skin, the better for baby.

  2. Baby wants to be near mom After birth, your newborn baby wants to be as close to you and your breasts as he can get. Snuggling on your chest, close to the food source, where he can hear you, smell you and feel you against his skin is a source of comfort for your new little one. Being close to your breasts can help encourage breastfeeding and support the baby making a smooth transition to life on the outside. Taking your baby away from you soon after birth for the purpose of a bath can disrupt the process of your baby getting to know you, feeling safe and secure, and interfere with those very important first feedings.

  3. Lowered body temperature New babies are still figuring out how to maintain their own body temperature. Taking a baby away from his mother for a bath, may result in the baby working harder to keep their body temperature in the normal range. I have seen babies who need to be placed under the heat lamp to bring up their temperature after their bath. Mom's chest is the perfect place to maintain baby's temperature. A mother's chest has the ability to heat up or cool down to help the baby stay at just the right temperature. Adding a bath into the mix just makes it harder for baby to maintain their body temperature.

  4. Keep stress hormones low and blood sugar normal Being separated from her mother can add an additional layer of stress to a new baby just figuring out life on the outside. When your baby is taken from you to be bathed, she may cry, feel uncomfortable and upset. This causes her body to release stress hormones in response to this new situation. Her heart rate and blood pressure may go up, she may breathe a bit faster and become agitated. Working hard to respond to this stressful situation may also lower her blood sugar temporarily. If your baby's blood sugar is being monitored due to mother's gestational diabetes, or her size at birth, the baby's health care providers may be concerned and want to introduce formula to bring her blood sugar back up to the normal range. When she remains closes to you, she is better able to regulate all of her body systems and maintain her blood sugar where it should be.

  5. A bath with mom or dad sounds nice Since your baby feels most secure when she is close to a parent, you might consider taking the first bath with your baby, when you are ready. Getting in the tub with your baby and holding her in your arms is a wonderful way to have that first bath. Your baby will feel secure and loved, when she does not have to be separated from you in the first days. She will enjoy the soothing water while being held, happily splashing and giving little kicks. It might feel so good that she may even fall asleep! Remember, little babies are very slippery when wet, so you will need someone to hold the baby while you get in and out of the tub. It creates special memories to take that first bath with your baby, rather than having staff do it, shortly after birth, when mom is still recovering herself and not really able to engage in the process.

  6. Handle with gloves In many hospitals, it is policy for staff to handle all unbathed babies with gloves on their hands, so as to protect staff from coming into contact with any amniotic fluid, blood, or vernix that remain on your newborn. Considering that the transmission of hospital-acquired infections is on the rise, some consider it good practice to have all hospital staff wear gloves when handling a newborn baby, even if a bath has already occurred. Some studies show glove use in very low birth weight babies have fewer infections when staff handle the baby with gloves on, despite the bath status.
There are many benefits to delaying the bath of your newborn until both you and baby are stable and ready to participate in this special "first" moment. There is no medical reason that a newborn must be bathed in the first hours or days. I encourage you to learn more about the appropriate time to bathe your baby and make a choice to do so when you and your baby are ready. Sharing your wishes with hospital staff can be done respectfully and your wishes can be honored.

How to Breathe With Your Belly

How to Breathe With Your Belly

Step 1 of 5

Step 1: Calm Your Mind

Updated November 11, 2014.

Stress, poor posture, snug clothes, and habit are some of the reasons that keep us from breathing properly. We wind up using our chest muscles instead of our abdomen.
Belly breathing, also called diaphragmatic breathing, is a simple deep breathing technique that teaches you how to use your diaphragm, a sheet of muscle at the bottom of our lungs and the most important muscle for breathing.

It is often used as a complementary therapy for anxiety disorders and may also help to boost energy and stamina.

The goal should be to breathe this way all of the time.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:
Sit in a chair, stand, or lie on your back. You don't have to sit cross-legged.

Try to calm your mind. Forget about what you’re going to make for dinner tonight, the emails you still have to respond to, and the birthday gift you still have to get for your mother-in-law.

Don't force it, just let go of any thought that pops in your mind.

 Step 2: Improve Your Posture

How to do it:
Proper posture gets air into your lungs and helps energy flow through your body.
Sit up straight, imagining a string lifting up your chest. You should feel the area between your chest and your navel lengthen.
As you try to improve your posture, you may find your muscles tensing up, especially around the abdomen. Consciously try to release any tension from your body.

Step 3: Breathe In Through Your Nose

 How to do it:

Place one hand flat against the abdomen. Your thumb should be around your navel.
Breathe in through your nose at an even rate.
Allow your abdomen to expand, rather than your upper chest. You should feel the hand on your abdomen being pushed away from your body as your abdomen rises.
Count silently starting from "one".

Step 4: Breathe Out Through Your Mouth

  How to do it:

Breathe out slowly and evenly through your mouth.
Again, count silently. Exhalation should take about twice as long as inhalation. So if you counted to three when you inhaled, strive to count to six when you exhale, but don't force it.

Step 5: Repeat Twice

How to do it:
Repeat this sequence two more times.

If you feel light-headed at any time, you may be breathing too quickly. If you are standing, try practicing while sitting down.
