Bida'ah

EVERY Bidah in the Deen is IMPERMISSIBLE and MISGUIDANCE - because of the saying of Allah's Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wasallam):

"Beware of the innovated matters, for EVERY innovated matter is a Bid'ah, and EVERY Bid'ah is misguidance." [Abu Dawood and at-Tirmidhee]

And the saying of Allah's Messenger,
"He, who innovates a thing in our Deen; it shall be rejected" [Saheeh Muslim]

And in another narration:
"Whosoever does a deed to which we have not given approval, it shall be rejected." [Saheeh Muslim]

This Hadeeth proves that EVERY innovation in the Deen is a Bidah, and EVERY Bidah is a rejected Dhalalah (misguidance) – and this means that Bidahs in the Ibadah (worships) and Aqeedah (beliefs) is IMPERMISSIBLE – BUT the TaHreem (prohibition) is of levels, some of them are:

Bidah of CLEAR Kufr (disbelief) like,
tawaaf (circumambulating) of the graves seeking closeness to the one, in the grave
offering sacrifice and vows to those in the graves
invoking and seeking help from those in the graves
sayings (concerning Aqeedah) of the extremist Jahmiyah and Mu'tazilah


Bidah that are MEANS to Shirk (associating partners with Allah) like
building over the graves
Salaat and Dua (to Allah) near the graves

Bidah which constitutes VIOLATIONS of the Aqeedah like
the Bidah of the Khawaarij, Qadariyyah, Murjiyah in their sayings and Aqeedah, which is in opposition to the Shar'eeah proofs.

Bidah that is a SIN like
the Bidah of celibacy, and
Siyaam while standing in the sun,
castration with the intent of eliminating sexual desire.
